With everything that is going on in the world, it's sometimes easy for me to fall into a little funk. Not only have we been facing a global pandemic, but racism has reared its ugly head and has been flooding our lives and screens in a way we haven't seen before. In the midst of it all, I wasn't as happy as I used to be, I didn't have a lot of energy, and I didn't feel very positive in the middle of all of this. But if you haven't noticed on my Instagram, Happy Coco is back and I attribute a lot of that to taking better care of myself and focusing more on my health!
