Hey Friends! It's Memorial Day - I am so very thankful for those that fought and died to ensure our countries freedom. Today, lets take a moment to honor the memory of the amazing men and women who served our country in the armed forces so we could live our lives freely. Many of us spend this day by taking time off work and taking part in some activities that make us feel happy and proud to live in the land of the free because of the brave. These activities include attending barbecues, shopping, and spending time with friends and family near or by a body of water. For me this typically includes shopping, swimming, and eating all of my favorite summer foods. I put this look on today over my swimsuit. I believe cut offs are perfect to wear to a Memorial Day cookout because this wonderful day officially marks the beginning of summer.
What are your plans for today? I hope you'll be relaxing by a pool or spending time with friends and family. I know I definitely will be doing all of the above!
